The European Pool Championships have started.There are divisions for men, women and wheelchair users. They compete, in straight pool, 8-ball and 9-ball. The event ends 1 April.

- Women: Christine Feldmann-Naeff (8-ball) and Jasmin Ouschan (9-ball and straight pool)
- Wheelchair: Jouni Täthi (8-ball) and Henrik Larsson (9-ball)
