Legendary Swede Torbjörn Blomdahl won the three cushion World Cup event in Porto, Portugal.
In the final he overwhelmed Roland Forthomme (Belgium) 3-0 (15-5, 15-1, 15-3).
Filipos Kasidokostas from Greece and Frédéric Caudron (Belgium) shared third spot.
Blomdahl has now won three out of four events this season and four of the last five overall.
The Swede also had the highest average in the tournament, with 2.153, and the highest run of 13. He also shared the highest single match average (2.647), with Kyung-Roul Kim (South Korea).
The win strengthens Blomdahl's position atop the World Cup Ranking. Caudron stays in second. Forthomme moves to No.3, tied with Daniel Sanchez (Spain) and Dick Jaspers (Netherlands).
Blomdahl also is the new leader in the World Players Ranking. Sanchez drops to second, with Caudron in third.
The event took place June 25 - July 1 2007, at the Centro de Congressos Matosinos, Porto, Portugal. It was the fourth event of seven in the 2007 World Cup. The next leg is in Hurghada, Egypt, August 27 - September 1.
